Ask around the city planning dept. or with some reputable builders before using this company. This guy can quickly crank out drawings at what seems like a reasonable price. Since they are hand drawn (not CAD) and he doesn't bother check them, you or the city's plan checker are left to discover his mistakes and you get to pick up the tab, not to mention not knowing the most basic zoning requirements you can read for yourself on the web or by talking to the planning dept yourself - another way you'll waste time and money. If you want to save money, forget Indigo House plans and buy a CAD program, or spend the bucks and hire a proper architect.
