Great service. Alma Windows and Doors had a lovely selection of doors and window inserts to choose from. They had exactly what I was looking for with various options to choose from. Very professional and knowledgeable sales person (Thank you Yuri!). Installation went very well with no concerns at all.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Long time customer of Direct Energy. We have always been happy with the service, both on the phone and in person. We have been through multiple other companies in the last 25 years, and we have found that we like Direct Energy and that they are very responsive and provide excellent service. There was no out of pocket cost, as we have the annual Heating and Cooling 6 in 1 protection plan through Direct Energy
