I had a new home built and Cambridge windows supplied the windows. They were installed a year ago and I'm still waiting for service. No screen for my patio door nor will it lock, kitchen window will not lock and seal, Door into the home from the garage has no self closing hinge which is a requirement. I have called and left messages and emailed, no one can bother to call me back! The quality of the high efficiency windows is poor!
