OK - Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and Appliance Repair Guys came out same day where an authorized LG service company could not. The invoice says "Service the circulation system - $172 ; draining system - $98 and water hose - $70 for a total of $280 plus tax. The guy said mice had caused the problems without explaining or showing me what he had found. Months later it leaked again and I discovered the leak was caused by a large hole chewed in the rubber water supply hose and their "fix" to the water hose was to use a piece of plastic pipe inserted into the hose and then wrap the hose in black tape. That's it. They are not authorized to get LG parts so this was their fix. Total rip off.

We have a Geo Thermal heating system that has two pipes coming through the basement wall just above the floor level. After 9 years I noticed a small leak. Jessy came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and really seemed to know the solution. I gave the OK and shortly after I came home and found they had dug down to the weeping tiles, sealed the place where the two pipes went through the wall and everything (including flowers) were all back in place. I could hardly tell they had been there! Great Work and good price.

My basement flooded twice this spring in heavy rains and after 22 years of a completely dry basement I was discouraged. It turned out I had a second crack/leak in my laundry room that was also fixed and the technician was quick and cleaned everything up and at a great price too.

My basement flooded in heavy rains this spring and I discovered the poured concrete foundation wall was cracked in my 1970 back split home. I removed the drywall and discovered no insulation at all. I used Omni Basements to fix the crack (great job!) and then had Insta-Insulation spray foam the wall and while they were here I had them spray foam the laundry room wall and all of the walls in my crawl space which were also uninsulated. Great job, nice people and my sales person, Bruce Halladay, was very good and no high pressure to sign up. Highly recommend this company.
