I paid for good quality bedding. When the bottom sheet started to pill at the shoulder points after three months use, the sheet was returned to the factory. I was told that it was my fault because the sheet came into contact with other fabrics. I handled the sheets no differently than my other sheets that I have used for years. No replacement was offered.
