We hired Chuk at Status Inspection on the recommendation of a friend who identified him as the best game in town. He's a busy man, so book him early. He spent a day at our house and then met us at a local coffee place to go through the report with us. He had a laptop with about 250 photos of things he wanted to talk about, and the report he gave us was extremely thorough. He managed to access and document ever corner of our new house, inside and out, and his recommendations on how to address issues (small and large) was invaluable. Chuk is a pro, and he's good at what he does. The slogan on his van says he works for the buyer, not the seller -- and we were more than happy with the work he did for us. As long as he's inspecting, and as long as we're buying property in this city, we will use his services.
