We are retired and spend the winter away in the sunny south. When we returned on a Friday evening I noted evidence of mice. Understandably I was freaked out and did not want to unpack or go grocery shopping for food until the problem was taken care of. I called GTA Wildlife and the call was immediately picked up by Kevin who was out of town with his wife and daughter at a university orientation day. At first he told me that he would not be able to come until Monday but when he realized I was quite distraught he said he would get back in time to service our house, which he did and although only a few days have passed since there has not been any more evidence of mice. Thank you Kevin.

Nu-Trend competently did the necessary emergency work when our home sustained water damage. Mike has been our go to person and he has coordinated a crew that so far has done a great job restoring our kitchen and basement. All drywall, painting, carpentry and flooring have been done by friendly, clean, competent individuals. We have been kept informed of when to expect workers and any minor deficiencies so far have been dealt with effectively. Our job is almost done and I expect my rating will be the same once the job concludes but I will update this review once all the work is complete. I am expecting that will be within the next 2 weeks.

My clients at first resisted the need for staging their home in order to get a quick sale at optimum price. Much needed to be done that I was unable to convince them to do but after meeting with Ella they understood that her advise should be followed and that she could get the job done. Her crew arrived at the stated time with all the needed furniture and assessors to make the house stand out among the competition. There was a new subdivision of homes being built nearby and all of a sudden a spring surge of competing resale listing in the neighbourhood. Once staged the home seemed to be well received by prospects and was purchased within two weeks while most of the other homes in the neighbourhood are still available. Thank you Ella!
