We purchased the terrace door from Watson's home hardward and after it was installed I noticed a couple spots on the door facing the fixed door that were small dinged holes . I called watson's and the man that had measured for the door came and took pictures to send to the company that makes the door. New Concept. and I told him I wanted the door replaced and the lock and door handle installed into the new door. It's been at least a month and I haven't heard a thing from anyone. I am beyond being upset , I am angry !! I don't know what they are doing but they sure aren't doing a very good job of looking after there customers !!! IU am going to call today and demand that they call New concept and get the door right away . like first thing monday morning !!! I'm sick and tired of getting the run around . first when I ordered the door they couldn't get the door because the company had pulled out from Wingham and moved everything to there Toronto plant. I have waited since July to get this door and I didn't get it until september and now I am getting the run around again. I am very angry !! with this company and If I don't get what I want toda I will call there head office and complain !!

We hired this company to install the terrace door and the crown molding based on the home hardware store list of carpenters. The owner kept calling his crew of two and checking in on them. Well it took them a long while to figure out how to put the door in correctly. I think the boss finally told them what to do. It seemed to take them a long while to do.they started at 9 am and finished at 4:30 pm . that seemed to me to take to long for two men to do that work. and in fact the boss came around 3pm and he sure got them going fasterand got the job wound up quickly. based on how long it took them to do that bit of work and on how slow the two men were I would probably not hire them again unless the bill is not expensive. we have not gotten the bill and I do not know how much they charge and hour.

We purchased the laminate and the under layment (mahogany wood sub floor) and the adhesive . Darren cook is to installer. He is a friend and has previously worked in the flooring business. I know the flooring will be put down properly and will last approx. 20 yrs. He told me this and where to purchase the laminate for a good price and good quality laminate. He also will be putting in some new doors and re installing a garage door properly. And all the trim work as well.

They did a great job installing the new furnace and taking out the old oil furnace. The new one is Gas and works well . You do need to call them to have your furnace serviced since his father died a few yrs. ago. It's a lot for the son to take on him self. We are very happy with the furnace!!

Very well job done except they made one mistake with a stud and we got charge for them having to move it. The steps were alot more money than quoted and the basement window were very expensive!!!

Everything was done well except the seal around the tub came out and the floor lifted and I have called several times but can't get him to come back and fix these things!!!
