Our house looked new after the cleaning...Paradisus managed to remove all of the green "mold"/airborne algae from the siding at the back of the house. Given the residue of their cleaning solution, we opted to have the windows done at the same time, and they were pristine. The crew (two people) were friendly, courteous and efficient.

We’d previously used Performance Property Services for eaves cleaning and decided to hire them for a recent window cleaning, given both the height of our exterior windows and the fact that our skylights would involve being up on the roof. The result is squeaky-clean glass - exactly, to the penny, as quoted. The team effort of the crew made it time-efficient & their politeness and desire to do a good job did not go unnoticed.

For the past few years I've had NK Windows and Eaves repair my eaves, replace a portion of the eaves, and do regular cleanings. Neethan is professional, courteous, and his service is well priced.
