We decided to get some renovation work done on our house. Front entry door, patio door, storm door and 9 window units replaced. I initially reached out to a sale representative Trevor who had helped me replace a broken window last year while he worked for another company. Trevor was just starting at MaxGreen. He had treated me very respectfully before and for just 1 window. I decided to look into MaxGreen if that meant that I would be dealing with Trevor again, I figured that would be a positive start. I'm glad I did. First, Trevor is awesome. Helpful, very knowledgeable and honest. I had a lot of concerns and questions and Trevor was awesome. He answered all of my questions and several times even replied to my emails at 11pm. He was also very patient with me as I changed my mind on some things several times. Next, the company really worked with me on scheduling since I work nights and needed notice to get things situated at home, our jobs and the dog. That was greatly appreciated for sure. One of the Managers emailed me and told me that the installers would be in and done in 2 days, I was happy with that. When they arrived there were just 2 of them. I literally expected them to attack my house with a team of 5 or 6 guys. My first thought was no way this will be done in 2 days. The installers were awesome! Very respectful and super customer oriented is an understatement. The skill that these guys have in this job is remarkable and frankly was really fun to watch. The lead installer Amiran was impressive. One detail that I caught onto with Amiran is that he is a perfectionist and wants everything done right. I'll tell you as the homeowner watching this, it was wonderful. I felt like I hit the tradesman lottery. I have had my fair share of disappointment with subpar trades in my home before. This was a much more pleasant experience. So, a great honest and hardworking salesman, the superman and batman of installing windows and doors, as well as, leaving my place, inside and outside, super clean at the end of it all! I'm Happy! Trevor and Amiran are amazing, positive, and experienced members of our team and I'm so happy to hear they left such a great impression on you! Your detailed review is also very much appreciated as it gives other homeowners who may be new to window and door replacements more of an insight as to the process to expect, but from a customer's perspective and not just ours as the contractor. Hello, today, 12 July 2013, I had one of your carpet cleaning technicians in my home to clean my carpets. His name is Salim Bensaada and I want to first say this. This guy works hard and he did a great job. I have had my carpets previously cleaned by another major company and can assure that they will not be back to clean my carpets. I just wanted you to know that Salim impressed both my wife and I enough to win us over as repeat customers again for any future carpet cleaning that we do. Please extend my thanks to Salim and let him know that he will be hearing from us the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Respectfully, Joseph Brisson

I had John Fenning come out to my house to repair a leaky pipe. He was great. Very polite and professional. John was very caring and answered all of my concerns. Also, Linda from Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with and really went out of her way to help me. Initially, another techinician was sent out named Farrokh. I found Farrokh to be rude and very unprofessional. His people skills are extremely poor. I asked Farrokh for a quote on the cheapest method of repairing or replacing a faucet and he gave me one options which was the high end faucet. He refused to show me any other options and went to his truck to get the pricing. When I asked John about the same issue, John provided me with several options that were well below the price given to me by Farrokh. John also showed me the different options in his catalog he had. I never saw this catalog when Farrokh was here. It became very evident to me that Farrokh did NOT want to deal with my faucet. Farrokh also had expressed his displeasure with me about my previous refusal to allow him to come out earlier in the morning. He complained to me that he drove all the way home and had to wait for me to get home. I would give a recommendation to ClearView plumbing but only if I didn't have to deal with Farrokh. Thank you.
