Ray and Yusuf arrived 35 minutes early for the appointment, which to me is amazing. Both were wearing masks, takeoff their shoes and asked for permission to start in the basement . Yusuf explained in extreme detailed everything that they were going to do. They had us view the ducts with a camera after cleaning all the ducts from the second floor to the basement. They use an organic disinfectant (no chemicals). Our house smelled great! They were very professional throughout all their work and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company 100% to everyone that asks me for a duct cleaning company.
