I found the quality of service and the product to be excellent. Allan had very good ideas for installation, and the crew did a great job. We bought a Valor insert and a Regency direct vent and are very happy with both.

The repair person, Andrey, was very unpleasant and snarky to deal with. When the job was finished the door was very difficult to bring down. My wife can't close the door, it's so heavy. When I phoned their office the next day, I left 2 messages with the secretary for the complaints person, Salma. This person never returned either of my calls. This company is obviously a grab the money and run outfit, with no customer care or service. Don't use them!

Bruce Sommers quoted us a price that was 25% lower than kitchen design places in Toronto. HIs cabinets are top notch, and were built quickly. He is in Barrie, but that was not an issue. Bruce has a keen sense of kitchen design, and gave us great deals on extras. Very pleasant to deal with, and he explained the process well. Was able to source out materials that give no off-gasing, at our request.
