Had problem with my heating system and guy was able to identify problem without alot of difficulty and experimenting. He removed ancient thermostat and hooked up new programmable thermostat, showed me how to program and use it....very satisfied customer here.

Cost for new customers are $9.99 per month but for repeat customers it is at least $12.99 per month. This cost is cheaper than bigger companies but only if false alarms and other alarm events rarely occur because there are charges for almost everything.

Bought two cameras from this store and found staff quite difficult, they must be on commission or something because they try to avoid honoring price match policy and then when camera was defective they suggest product is fine and cause is usage of alkaline batteries. The batteries supplied by manufacturer are alkaline!

I have used this company every year for over 5 years -- they are that reliable and good. They will clean the troughs and leave bill in mailbox so no need to stay home for their visit.

Bought Pioneer AVR which staff price matched to competitor without complaint or trying to wiggle out of company's policy. Also, was very helpful in selection of speakers on how to hookup subwoofer.

The job wasn't a difficult job but the guy was courteous, professional and respectful of not messing my place up; plus he showed up when he was supposed to so I didn't waste my day waiting.
