My husband and I purchase a couple of stand up floor model pieces. We were told because we purchased the floor model, they could not assist us with the packaging or moving of the products from the store to the front door. My husband and I were left to our own resources to package and carry the product right there on the floor and move it out of the store ourselves. When we asked to speak to the store manager to inquire about the store policy in providing assistance to these types of purchases, the manager told us they can not help as they are not covered by Workman"s Compensation!!!! If your looking for satisfaction in your home furnishing shopping experience I recommend your stay away from the cash register when you make your visit here.
