We hired Fabiano to do a total renovation of our kitchen a couple of years ago and we were very impressed with his work. So, when we bought a condo in Toronto recently, there was no hesitation to hire him again. Since we live in Mississauga and the condo is in Toronto, initially, I was a little concerned about the logistics of how things will work because we couldn't be at the condo at a moment's notice. It turned out everything went smoothly. Fabiano was communicative and we only had to go down to the condo a couple of times on Saturdays to check on things. I am so amazed how effortless the project progressed. Fabiano and his team (like to mention Ronaldo) did an amazing job! The scope of the project included replacing tiles above the tub; installing new shower doors, shower head and control; replacing the toilet, the bathroom fan, kitchen backsplash, and all light fixtures in the condo; painting the entire condo including the ceilings, doors and inside the closets; installing new window blinds from Blinds to Go, and more. Everything was done with care and attention to detail. We are very impressed, again. I would highly recommend FV Renovations for your future home/condo renovation projects. Chris did a great job removing the four shrubs in our backyard. He was quick, thorough, neat and very professional. My husband and I were so pleased with his work that we asked him to remove a couple of fair sized trees in my mother-in-law's backyard. He did that job with the same dedication. I would highly recommend Higher Place Tree Care whether you need to remove shrubs or trees.

We hired Royal Decks to redo our deck and patio in December 2019. From the beginning to finish Miro and his crew (both deck and landscaping) were extremely professional, hardworking and efficient. Miro was very helpful and patient with the design phase as we went over the layout of the backyard several times. He was also responsible for getting the permit for us from the City of Mississauga, that went without a glitch. Work began in February and completed in mid-May. We are very pleased with the result. It was definitely worth the wait! We love the look of our new backyard--from the deck, the patio space to our new garden and even a special little area for the bird feeder. "Royal Decks did a great job!", this is what the City inspector said after his final inspection of the deck, and we totally agree. Thank you Miro, Steve and Chris for all your excellent work!

VIC did a great job installing three new exterior wall lights for the front and back of our house. He also modified existing switches and installed new exterior outlets which involved drilling a hole on the back of our house and pulling wires. He was efficient, resourceful, and cleaned up afterwards. We are happy with his work and would gladly recommend him.

We finally decided to renovate our 25+ year old kitchen this spring. The idea of this major renovation had been daunting to say the least, but, Fabiano and his team made it easier for us. We had quotes from three contractors and we found that Fabiano was the most reasonable not because his quote was lower than the other two companies but because of his willingness to work things out in order to keep the renovation cost within our budget. Because of this, we were able extend the project beyond our original scope, for example, to replace the hardwood floor of our living room, to replace two back doors, and to paint first floor and second floor hallways so the new kitchen blends in well with the rest of the house. I am very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by FV Renovations. Fabiano and his team were courteous, efficient and always cleaned up after each work day. The thing I appreciated the most was Fabiano's dedication. He was always reachable via text and email and he responded quickly even on weekends. This is not something I am used to when dealing with contractors. My husband and I love our new kitchen and we would not hesitate hiring Fabiano and his team back for future projects. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, so, I hope that the images I am including here of our brand new kitchen will show off the workmanship of FV Renovations.

Gary and his team did a great job from start to finish! We actually had Gary do some work for us a few years ago and noticed how professional he was. So, when it's time for us to give the exterior of our house a makeover, we did not hesitate to hire Gary again. We normally get several quotes for our renovations, but, we were so impressed with Gary the first time we did not bother to get other quotes the second time. Lucky for us, Gary did not disappoint us. We are completely satisfied with the quality, efficiency and professionalism of Gary and his team throughout the project. Many of our neighbours seem to be very impressed with the new look of our house! Thank you Gary!

The brick mortar on the exterior our house needed some repair. We hired Steven, Rockwell Masonry. We are very happy with the quality of work. Steven was very polite, informative and responsive. He and his associate completed the job on time and took great care to clean up afterwards. We would be glad to recommend Rockwell Masonry to any of our friends or neighbours.

Gary and his crew were some of the best contractors we've ever dealt with. They were polite, professional and punctual. Their price was reasonable and quality of work above par. We would not hesitate hiring Gary again for future projects.
