ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER!!!! KC was my guardian angel last week! I live out of the country and I have a (short-term) rental unit in downtown Toronto. The previous tenants broke the legs of the bedframe, dissembled the bed, left it in the living room and didn't say a thing about it their entire stay; I found out the same day my new tenants were to move in from the cleaners. In a panic I must have called 12 handymen that morning - no one picks up their phone on here but KC. The stars were aligned that day and while KC was busy on a job at the time, he calmed me down and promised to come through SAME DAY and DELIVERED, ON TIME!! I can't tell you the domino effect that would have ensued if I didn't find him. KC, you have a loyal client for life! Thanks again, Elise
