While I was dealing with the sales person, the staff was all friendly and courteous, but by the time that we purchased the product and scheduled the installation, the customer service was not that good and we had to call them few times until have all set up properly at our place. Still waiting to receive the mail rebate which was promised as part of the deal that we signed up for.

The store located at Yonge x Eglinton has a great selection of products and good customer service. The store is always well stocked, the products have good price and outstanding quality. Whenever they have a sale, it is definitely not to miss!

I hired Don Thorpe to assist me with small fixes on washroom and kitchen. Although he seemed honest, friendly and had provided me a decent quote for the service, he was always late, the work was extremely poorly executed, and very bad customer service. At the end he surprised me with a charge above what he had quoted initially due to the time it took him to complete some of the work that he clearly demonstrate no expertise. I did not like the final result and definitely do not recommend this contractor.

TSC helped us move from North York to Newmarket and I was quite impressed with the way TSC managed the moving. The staff was really helpful and careful with our furniture and boxes. Everything was properly wrapped either with blankets or shrink wrap. The communication during the whole process was outstanding, the quote was precise and the timing estimated for the moving was also right on. After having close friends collecting bad experiences with moving companies, I am pleased to say that found a company that I can recommend to others and feel comfortable to use again if needed.
