I had a mish-mash of fixes & new installations that were a bit of a nightmare but Moe was patient and very conscientious. on time and on budget too! would recommend to anyone.

we had several windows and a couple of doors replaced on an old Victorian house. Rusco was fast, efficient with great workmanship and came up with some creative ways to solve some 'old house' problems. highly reccommended!!
Door Install, Door & Window replacement
This was the worst door & window installation imaginable. Front door, kitchen door & kitchen window replaced, two small living room windows installed and double doors installed in the dining room where there was a window. The two small windows went smoothly. The front door had to be redone because it was off level. The kitchen window replacement caused a big crack in the brick. The dining room doors required a permit that they didn't get. Got caught by a city inspector. Lintel was too small. Had to redo. They had cut the brick without hanging plastic inside the house. Twice. No bricks for the re-do. Didn't even bring a ladder. Hardware was sold to someone else. Back door left open on a long weekend. No solid apologies. Should I stop?
The judge of a company is how they deal with the issues. Although we don't agree with all that was written, this homeowner was doing a large renovation and there were many contractors and the overall project did take several months.
We always communicated by phone and email and looked after all the issues. The project passed inspection and the homeowner paid in full.
They have have good warranties on all the products which we will honour for years to come.

This company is outstanding! I have been working with Ricardo, for several years now. He is very creative, a good communicator, has great attention to detail, is reliable, friendly and on budget. I have done 2 kitchens, a basement, a yard and countless other projects with him. He can come up with great solutions to bewildering problems. He is very busy but always takes time to deal with my questions and is extremely patient. I highly recommend him (if you can get him!).

These guys installed a high efficiency furnace into a house with a system of duct work that won't support it. Now we are having serious problems and they won't take any responsibility. One of the Visic brothers himself was also seriously lacking in manners and charged me for labour on a four month old system he put in. I don't recommend them at all.
We professionally installed a new quality furnace to ventilation that was later modified.
The new furnace was subjected to an enormous amounts of abuse/damage as the furnace was in full operation with a plugged filters
This does not fall under any warranty
She is taking her problems and trying to make them someone else’s responsibility
I've used these guys twice now and my brother and a friend has also used them. They were super fast, careful and made moving day better than I could have imagined.

I've used these guys for several years and they have yet to disappoint. They have installed air conditioning in one house, moved rads and serviced air conitioning in another and fixed furnace problems in another. Great service, very knowledgeable, attention to detail, friendly. Highly recommend.
