Fast, efficient and excellent service. Adrian was the first to respond to my online call for assistance with a furnace cycling on and off but shutting down before it produced heat on a chilly day over the holidays. He was professional, courteous, understood the machine and the problem immediately, and had no trouble addressing the issue; including providing welcome advice re preparing for any further trouble with my older furnace. The quote and cost in my case were bang-on, but he was clear with any potential considerations before he arrived, just in case. I would certainly recommend Star HVAC and Adrian in particular!
