I hired Sundance pools to get my pool ready for the summer, and to do weekly maintaining of it throughout the summer. Since the beginning its been horrible. First they tell me that there is a tear in my liner, and they had to fix it.. Turns out there was no tear. Then they missed a few weeks of even showin up, once they did they started charging me huge for things I never even asked for. To top it off after a month the pool still wasn't cleaned or close to being useable. The told me that it was my tenants fault for not following directions given to them, which turned out to be not the truth after calling them to discuss it, and me threatening to stop the service all together, they contradicted themselves by telling me that they are sure my tenants are doing everything correctly , but there is only so much they can do. Really.. After a month and 600 bucks later, they still didn't have the pool cleaned properly. Then after terminating there contract, they ignored my phone calls, and emails to them just asking for my invoice, finally they get back to me with an OUTRAGEOUS amount for chemicals, and services , and the pool still is not useable. This company is a horrible,they prey on people, and take complete advantage of there customers. I will never recommend them to anyone, and I hope they get what's coming to them. If you want to pay hundreds of dollars a month, and receive nothing, go to them. Truly am disgusted with Sundance pools.
