Jeff is a very professional contractor in every which way. Communicates well, says what he does and does what he says. Was there on the dot on the day of the install, replaced the skylights within a few hours, and everything was clean after he was done. Would definitively use him again and would recommend him without any hesitation to my friends and family.

Miro did an excellent job replacing our old eaves-troughs. I was impressed with the quality of his communication in respect of when the job would be done - about two weeks after we received his quote, which he made when he came by to assess the work. He did an excellent job and I am happy to know that we should be in good shape with our eaves-troughs for years to come.

After preparing the sub floor Robert came by to put it in. We had been advised by Lehel to use an engineered flooring, which turned out to be the right advice as the floor upstairs is not leveled. Our request was to have someone do it who is very precise, as we have a challenging round nosing around the staircase. Lehel guaranteed that Robert was the man to do it. He is excellent. Not only did he cut the wood as well and precise as it could be, he was also very thorough putting it in, using extra glue and/or nails in areas where there is more traffic on the floor, to ensure the floor will remain as beautiful as it today in the years to come. And on top of that everything is done at a good price. We would advise anyone to go with Lehel and his team.

Called Easy Flip following an attempt to exit the garage without fully opening the wooden garage door. This resulted in a damaged bottom panel and the garage door was stuck. After he arrived, Mike was able to repair the door within an hour, which means that we do not have to replace the entire door. He was clearly very experienced in dealing with similar issues and instantly knew how to resolve the problem. He is very polite, reliable, quick and thorough and I will for sure call him, should we have another issue or need to replace our garage door.

At this stage we have bought the floor in order to meet the February 1, 2010 deadline and we will get back to Lehel to have the floor put in when convenient to us. We hired Manny months ago (in April) on the basis of reviews on Homestars to have the exterior of our home repainted. We were not disappointed. Not only has he and his team (Carlos, Avi and Ken) done an excellent paint job, they were also a pleasure to have around working on the house. Professional (proper sanding, caulking and neet painting), hard working, punctual, friendly and with full understanding that someone's home is a very important property that needs to be treated as such. Due to the very wet summer the start date had to be pushed back by a week (in August), but Manny very timely advised us that that would be the case. His communication with us has been excellent. The job took more time than expected, as, amongst others due to color choices, more layers of paint were required than expected. Manny wants his clients to be absolutely satisfied with the end result as well as the price and he stuck to the reasonable price that we had agreed in April. Manny understands that he will be recommended only if his clients are satisfied with his performance. We highly recommend Manny to anyone who needs an excellent interior or exterior paint job done.
