This is the second garden shed I have contracted Lee Sheds to build.....Workmanship from the 1st shed to the 2nd...no comparison...2nd shed employee arrived late...very late ...missing material...spent most of the morning on cell phone...calling people about his personal broken down truck....he came to door twice and asked for help with parts as they were missing from loaded supply...then informed me he had to leave early to play baseball, and he would not be able to return til the following Sat. (5 days away)...to finish the shed. I called Lee Sheds about this. Then the employee came back after a conversation with Lee Sheds and said he could not come back the next day as he had used his gas mileage up....Owner arrived the next day, and spent 1 and 1/2 hours fixing mistakes and finishing shed ...Owner says every thing is A OK and I paid bill..with credit card...(mistake on my part) Pay Lee Sheds by cheques as then you have control if you have to cancel payment...Next day when I started to paint shed..I find outside covering has screw nails to hold on the siding , quite visable (as workman did not attach siding properly)...also a huge 1/4 inch gap between the roof and facia...Called owner to say, why is there a 1/4 inch gap, and he said "Oh I saw that, I guess you will have to caulk that"...Had to go and purchase other materials (2 strips of prefinished wood 12 foot long) to repair the new shed, (fill in the hole) too large of a gap to caulk full length both sides of the roof...Neighbours have stopped to see shed, and shake their heads at the screw nails on siding...This is in no way compareable in workmanship to the one shed 2 years ago at the lake...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LEE SHEDS TO ANYONE...after this experience....This is very unfortunate as I have told many people in our neighborhood how wonderful my lakeside bunkie is built by Lee Sheds....
