I decided to use ONTARIO HOME CARE to replace my furnace, AC and Hot water tank because they were recommended to me by a friend and their price was reasonable. The initial meeting was good. Stuart said that he does all the installs with his crew and said that I could pay with my credit card (since I was unemployed at the time and would be starting back at work in a month). We had set up a date for the installation but no one showed up. I called them to find out that the AC unit was damaged and they would have to reschedule. 2 weeks later the install happened but Stuart was not the one doing the install and I wasn't able to pay with my credit card. After they had left I noticed that the AC unit they had installed was not what I had ordered. I called and they were able to replace it 2 weeks later. They just showed up and wanted access into the house. I was on my way to work and was unable to give them access inside the home. I had asked Stuart not to use the side gate because it was damaged. When I returned from work - the bottom post attached to the gate had a huge chunk snapped off. This all started March 5, 2013 and Its now May 31st, 2013 and I'm waiting for the AC to be finished. The payment was processed months ago yet the service is not complete. I would NOT recommend this company. I tried to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but this company is not registered with them.
