Harry Kwan and his company optimum were fantastic. I called Harry on a Saturday afwternoon and within 2 hours he was at our home AND solved our wasp issue. He was professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. Great work! Thank you Harry.

Tony, Bruce and crew outstanding. There are appliances and there good appliances and at Total you will get the best with no flak. You will get what you want no surprises. My previous purchases fron Total have lasted over 20 years because they sell good stuff. You will not be disappointed. Customer service is great like you are dealing with family. You've got try this place!

What a great group of guys and a gal who were very friendly and did excellent work. They took very care of the trees and were very clean in picking after themselves. I highly recommend to anyone you will not be disappointed. Robert and Joe are very good to work with and equally accommodating. They came on time worked straight til the finish and cleaned up after. Please use these guys and a gal you will be very happy.

I recently purchased a few peice soft furniture from Badboy. Initially we were treated well and got what we thought was a good deal. The salesperson was very good and a great help. After this is when our troubles started. We opted for their best warranty package and thought we are well covered from any problems. Our delivery came and the sofa we bought was the wrong colour. We called the store and they were very apologetic and their customer service person handled it very well. Our troubles then started because we went through 3 more deliveries that we're all wrong. They delivered the same wrong colour every time. We, to handle deliveries booked time off work where we lost money. We finally had to go in and pick a different sofa and the compensation was nothing. We got the pitch that the sofa was " employee priced " and got nothing else. We lost money taking time off work, we got a sofa that as not what we wanted and had to settle for something totally different and received nothing for all the trouble. This is not good business. Shame on Mel a guy I voted for! The moral of this review is go somewhere else.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and your family. We followed up with our Warehouse Manager regarding your concerns. On February 3, 2016, you received a delivery of a sofa in the colour of demi-coffee. During the time of delivery you felt that it was the wrong colour (black), so we took it back. Our Warehouse Manager examined the packaging thoroughly, confirmed with the manufacturer and the store that the colour was truly demi-coffee. We attempted another re-delivery on March 1 and again it was refused - in your opinion it was more black than demi-coffee. To demonstrate that we truly do appreciate you as a customer, we offered you a re-selection for another product. Please note that when it comes to colour, lighting makes all the difference. Our showrooms are professionally lite so the hues will come out truer than in a home setting. That is why the demi-coffee colour you saw at the store looked different than in person at your home. Again we do apologize for this and we will continue to work with you to get the right hue for your home. For future reference, please refer to your new bill # 201144. This invoice number reflects the new reselection. Thank you.
