This is the second time I’ve used Alpine for my roofing needs - they are amazing. Their costing is very reasonable, in fact they are significantly lower than other leading firms in the city. I had an emergency situation and They literally came out quoted and completed the job in 3 days - their staff are pleasant and extremely hard working - I could not believe how well they cleaned up my property and their customer service is wonderful.

Right from start to finish Maids4condos are a pleasure to deal with. They are very responsive and accommodating. I needed a full move out service done on a Saturday which included appliances and windows. they came on time, and the staff was pleasant and very hard working. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for any ongoing cleaning needs.

Philip at PMT Home Services is very professional and excellent to work with. He has been cleaning my eaves for a few years now and does an amazing job at a reasonable price. Philip most recently disconnected and redirected a down spout that was causing flooding in my basement and was able to match the existing down spout colour (ivory). I am totally impressed with the job he did, how responsive he is and how reasonable his rates are. I would recommend him without question!

I have worked with Lucas before and once again, I've had an amazing experience working with him. PTI painted the entire inside of my home - there was extensive repair required and the scope of the job was massive. Lucas and him team were patient, professional and did immaculate work. I have a Home Protection Plan under Reliance Home Comfort which costs approximately $300/year. This plan covers issues with furnaces and air conditioning systems. When my air conditioner wasn't working last week, I called Reliance who connected me with Dynasty Air Systems - the company that they subcontract to for repair work. Dynasty scheduled me quickly and efficiently. Their representative Rob showed up on time, and in fact, was early for our appointment. When I arrived home he had already taken the initiative to start diagnosing the problem and had started working on what he could outside. He was very knowledgeable and even provided me with some insight into making both my furnace and air conditioning more efficient in the future. I would recommend both Dynasty and Reliance - the Protection Plan is well worth it and having Dynasty as the repair service ensures you will get timely, efficient and reliable service. Ask for Rob from Dynasty to do your repair, he's great.
