Better off with a different company in my opinion. The one time we had an alarm incident and at the cottage it took over 2hrs for their patrol car to arrive and no one could tell us status in the meantime. The neighbor did a better check around the house then the patrol when it finally arrived. No follow up on complaint as promised. Don’t waste your money with ADT. Cheaper and better services out there.

Derek and his crew were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, completed the job quickly and left the yard clean when they were done (and the price was right). They removed 4 trees, 3 of which were close to a fence and a 4th hanging over a neighbour's shed. They removed all of them with no damage to my or my neighbours property. I'd requested they leave me the firewood and they did so, cut to the right size and piled nicely exactly where I'd asked. I didn't realize until later, but they even took away a bundle of tree clippings that I had tied at the side of the house but hadn't yet put to the curb. Thanks Derek! Would definitely call you guys again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tree removal.
