We had John come and do a home health inspection after we noticed a leak into a basement bedroom. We were concerned for our sons health who was sleeping in this room. John was very prompt with coming to our rescue. When we found mould under the carpet John was very knowledgeable and helpful with deciding what action we should be taking. I would highly recommend John to anyone who is looking for an honest inspection of your home. He does provide an extensive report and it is well worth the cost.
