I recently purchased a condo in a heritage property and needed an inspection quickly in order to close. I received several quotes but Lisa was the only inspector with experience in heritage properties able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. She arrived early, was well prepared, polite and extremely knowledgeable. She truly was meticulous as advertised, did a very detailed inspection and took the time go through everything with me and answered all of my questions. The report was so great! Well organized and provided quickly; she went above and beyond, even gave me some suggestions on easy ways to resolve some issues with the patio. It nice to know these days there are still people who take pride in a job well done. I would definitely use Meticulous Inspections again and will recommend to friends.
