It was my first home purchase and I wanted to make sure the home I was purchasing had few problems to deal with. Ian came in and inspected the house so thoroughly, I was blown away! He took pictures, did the whole report on the computer, and the package I received in the end was absolutely incredible! So much valuable information!!
