Had trees planted that died in the 1st year, however the company refuses to answer my calls to complain. Have send photos of the dead tree still with no answer. They do not stand by their product. Mark only answers the phone if it is from an unknown phone number to them, and when they do so it is the run around saying they will call back but never do. Paid a lot of money for a dead tree.
Clyde was punctual, friendly and showed his rich experience and knowledge during the home energy explaining all his findings in a language that I could relate to. His helpfulness impressed me so much, he even fixed a few items at no extra cost. Great job
Adjustable door seals on garage doors and front doors were easier to explaining the energy loss while adjusting. I was also showing you that energy savings with the small home owner maintenance items. It was my pleasure to meet you and make your house a little warmer.
Power raking and season fertilizing
The service rendered was the worst I have ever had. Huge bags of grass was left at my door for me to dispose of which I did with great difficulty. After complaining and wanting to cancel future services I was told that their policy is no refunds when paid for the year. Definitely will not use them next year and will NOT recommend them to anyone.
