ask to have a job done that i thought would take 3 weeks it took louise over 6 weeks to complete my 3 roman shades and all of them fell apart after louise had someone hang them. I phoned her about this and her response was maybe the material you purchased was a bad die lot. i asked her if anyhing can be done and she said get some new material and i will remake them at the same price. I said you charging me and she said yes needs to apy for staff hrs
