Had a blocked drain in my basement that was on the verge of becoming a disaster. Sergey and his partner came out on the weekend to help even though they were plenty booked. Wasn't an easy snake job, but both guys worked hard to get it done, and explain all the steps and issues along the way. I was very impressed with their diligence and positive approach to their work. From what I saw, they're not paid enough. I've already got new projects planned to bring them in on.
