I chose Toronto Restoration to refinish my floors because Jason was so responsive in the beginning to all my questions. This communication continued throughout the entire process. When I met his team, I was a bit apprehensive because they all seemed so young, but they very quickly showed a high degree of professionalism. There was a small flaw in an otherwise well finished floor, and Jason immediately offered to fix it with a third coat the following week and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us another great review. Mid 20's - mid 30's is the age range of our crew , refinishing hardwood floors , is very physically demanding. We need young and strong employees. Although we usually have perfect results from the start , things happen. The most important thing is - the company you hire , corrects anything that should come up. We always stand behind our work!

Chris and his team were great about accommodating my schedule as I was eager to try out my new fireplace. They did a thorough inspection, added a rain cap and did a few minor fixes to bring everything up to code. They also took the time to review proper use and make suggestions. I will definitely use them again.
