Purchased five new appliances in April 2023 for a December 2023 delivery. Price was adjusted a few times when prices dropped no questions. Changed our mind on the fridge due to poor ratings no issues. Delivery scheduled and delivered exactly on time. Great service, no issues.
[Update] Absolute has since resolved the issue and had the floor repaired. We are satisfied with the result. The company dealt with the issue in a professional & courteous manner We did the research and found Absolute to have a good rating so we had them quote on the job. After several quotes we settled on Absolute, Dave was good to work with - no pressure and we felt comfortable. The painters came over and seemed nice enough, polite and respectful. However, the painter had to move an armoire away from the wall and severely damaged our wood floor, several planks have deep gouges that are irreparable. We didn't notice at first because the floor was left in such a dirty state that it was not visible. Also there were several areas on the wall around the room that needed touch up which had to be pointed out to them. Afterwards, my wife had to touch up other spots we found. We told them about the damage and Dave came over and agreed to pay for the repairs - nice enough and we were content. However, after several months of unsuccessfully trying to get someone to repair the floor we are still stuck with the damaged floor. We are very upset by this and will not be using their services again!

Don't bother going anywhere else...Affordable Insulation is the best!! They are fantastic to work with, caring and take the time to do the job right. They answered all my questions and provided a great educational experience. Jason & Sid are great to talk with and take the time to make sure you know exactly what is going on. The big one for me was knowing the bottom line before the job started, that is, I knew exactly how much it was going to cost up front (no 'extra' charges) which is especially great considering all the little extras they did for me. Recaulked all exterior openings
I found Greg on Homestars from reviews and he called me within several hours of submitting a proposal. Greg did a fantastic job of recaulking all the windows, doors & other openings around the exterior of my house. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him with no hesitation. He took the time to do the job right and explained everything in detail. Greg is a very friendly and talkative guy and was a pleasure to deal with.
