I hired Lb Heating and air conditioning based on the reviews in Home Stars. Their service was prompt and reasonable in cost. I would happily use their services again. They quoted a price, installed the new air conditioner and did it with a minimum of bother. I would happily use their services again.

Remodel Construction just completed a reno on our small bathroom and did an outstanding job in so many ways. I mention small because these days it’s difficult to get contractors to even bid on a small job. Not only did Chris respond immediately to our inquiry but also he worked closely with us all the way through. I have a few checkmark requirements for contractors and Chris gets checkmarks for every item: • Understand the customer’s needs and work to meet them. Definitely, a check here. We had a budget in mind and Chris did a lot of research to find a tub, tile, shower door, vanity, etc. that are high quality and in our price range. • Work done on time, another checkmark. Chris started and completed the job on the dates we agreed to. • Quality workmanship – excellent workmanship • Stay within budget – absolutely. Not a penny over, no unexpected increases, no surprises • Service orientation – Chris worked for well over a month conferring with us on how to stick to our budget while having high quality products. All this before we signed a contract. All of his staff are hard working, friendly and respectful. • Minimal intrusion in our home – our home is small and this is the only bathroom with a shower. We had use of our shower within a day of the tear down. Staff ensured there was minimal dust during the reno and did an excellent job cleaning up each day, making sure equipment was out of sight and there was no dust or debris. Since we have a dog that roams the house, this was really important If you need a contractor, we highly recommend Chris, Remodel Construction and are now thinking about our next project.

Two years after Ontario Custom Glass installed our glass stair railings, one of the anchors felt loose. OCG came over and repaired it, no charge. As always, OCG gave great service.

Manuel re-roofed our flat-roof house and the roof under our deck, which sits atop a basement extension. His work was thorough and careful. He kept to his stated schedule and brought both jobs in on budget. I'd recommend his company to anyone needing a careful, on-time roofing job done.

Ron Peters completely replaced the fence around our property with brown treated wood and did an excellent job. He replaced our old deck and then doubled its size, installing also a new staircase. His work was fast and precise. His advice on appearance and safety was right on. Part of the job was working with wrought iron framing for a wooden enclosure of the old deck, a complex job. He and his crew were courteous, friendly and hard-working. The fence was done in four days, the deck in four as well. The reasons we decided to hire him were 1) he wanted the job (other companies spent their time complaining about the complexity of the work), 2) he promptly gave us a detailed quotation (two of three other companies did not even give a quote) and we liked the work he had done on our niece's deck. Highly recommended.

This company provided very good workmanship, courteous service and friendly support. Its materials are top-notch and fit our requirements very well. Despite some delay that they had with a sub-contractor, they focused on getting the job done. Mark Vlahovic and his work crew were easy people to work with, left the site clean, and took care to seek approval of their recommendations. Luqman Butter arrived early and did his work assiduously for the next 90 minutes. He was thorough and helpful for us in explaining why we had this infestation. I would recommend him to anyone that needs extermination services.

The service call resulted in our discovering that the furnace heat exchangers had to be changed. I decided to buy a new furnace. Regarding your service and sales reps, both were excellent and knowledgeable, courteous and professional in the best sense. Fabio, the technician, and Barry Kalisky, the sales rep are excellent examples of good customer relations.
