We've our reroofing in May 2011 and after a few telephone messages & emails, we got no repsonse on the delivery of promised shingle warranty paperwork. Imagine what happen when you need their warranty claim?! I guess the only resort is go for the small claim court. I did a few referrals on reroofing these years: Anyone but NOT City roofing!
