David did a few jobs at our place, including setting up surround sound for our new TV room, fixing some AV problems in our main-floor living area, setting us up with VSSL units for streaming audio in multiple rooms and installing a new Blu-Ray player. We were impressed with his professionalism, promptness, ability to identify and solve problems, and his follow-up on work he'd done. His pricing is extremely reasonable (at least half of our expenditure was on equipment rather than labour) and we would not hesitate to hire him again.

These guys are great. Responsive, thorough, professional. We hired them on a promo a few years ago but had them back this year because they did such a great job the first time. It's like we have a new BBQ. Very highly recommended. Don't recall exactly what I paid but totally worth it.

Avoid this company. I purchased a promotion with them (3 rooms, a hall and stairs); when the technician arrived he refused to do the work unless I purchased an "upsell" of additional services. He left in a huff and told me to "call the office", which I did. The woman said she'd reschedule and call back, which she never did. I can't testify to the sort of work they do, but this might be the worst customer service I've ever had. Look elsewhere.
