The sales clerk said that our floors were a 100% North American product (which makes them better than what the Home Depot sells in her words) but when we received the flooring it said "made in China" on the box. Additionally, when we went to pick up the rest of our order they told us it had already been filled. When they realized they had made an error they allowed us to pick the rest up a week later and questioned us making us feel like they thought we weren't telling the truth and that their error was our fault.
