With updated iphones in hand, an Ipad and a MacBook Pro, we were unable to activate our phones & in need of rescue. In 4 sessions Chris showed us how to operate the phones, download apps, use Syrie, integrate ipad, phone, and Macbook. He helped complete some started but incomplete updates, helped me to better organize my files , helped with the new Photo program, and showed me how to do a Microsoft newsletter format with text & photos. Chris is cheerful, positive, enthusiastic, very personable, a good teacher, on time, wastes no time - a wonderful remedy to our confusion and feeling inadequate with all this brilliant technology. As soon as we run into another difficulty we will ask him to please come again.
