The blinds came with the house recently purchased. Years of nicotine stains on a large top down bottom up blind cleaned up nicer than expected. I looked into getting new blinds but that would have cost a lot more. Professional and courteous service to remove and re-install. Highly recommend Drape Master!

I requested a quote from Ilir at Almex for complete roof replacement, soffit, eavestroughs, downspouts and leaf guard. They were one of three quotes that I received. Although Almex was not the lowest quote, I felt comfortable with Ilir because he was the only one to climb up on the roof and properly assess the condition of the shingles, etc. We agreed to an installation date of first week of September. In the interim, my wall mount air conditioner started leaking inside the house each time it rained due to clogged overflow pipe. I contacted Ilir with an urgent request and he arrived on a Saturday morning with double the normal number of workers so they could get the roof replacement done in 1 day. The following week, all the aluminum work was completed. The workmanship is great, they cleaned up and best of all, my air condition no longer leaks. Now that is customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend Ilir at Almex Contracting.

From the initial meeting with Carlos and Daniel, we felt comfortable with their credentials and expert advice. They undertook a major project to replace a huge pressure treated lumber retaining wall with a new system using vegetated bags that would be better environmentally for the ravine setting and also esthetically pleasing. Carlos and Daniel demonstrated that they were adept at dealing with all the levels of municipal agencies such as City of Toronto Urban Forestry, Municipal Standards, tree removal specialists as well as the geotechnical engineer. They coordinated all the phases of the project from demolition to rebuilding and everything in between. They were flexible to small changes that were necessary and communicated any issues that came up. Carlos & Daniel completed the project on time and within our budget. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for! . These guys are definitely worth very penny and more. It was a pleasure to work with such professional and good guys. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them for any future work.
