About 4 years ago my 25 year old Cedar roof started leaking during rain storms with high winds and I so checked around and was almost resigned to replace the roof as numerous companies told me it couldn't be repaired. Then I contacted Art at Arco Property Solutions and he came right over and did a free complete evaluation of my roof and assured me that it could be repaired and with regular maintenance every 5 years would last me for many more years. He repaired the leak and performed the recommended maintenance and I have him scheduled for regular maintenance every five years. Recently during a high wind storm some shingles blew off and he came over even in the middle of the winter and did some minor repairs to make sure I didn't get any leaks on my new hardwood floors. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly and have recommended him to other friends and neighbors.
