My experience with Scarlett Built Homes was just as I had hoped. Ryan, the builder, was always by my side from start to finish. He was accepting of my views and ideas and made them into a reality. As a custom home builder everything was an upgrade. His trades were timely, professional, and gave excellent craftsmanship into their work. I built a smaller simple home but Ryan made it custom to my vision. He was always in contact with myself for any reason, even just to say hello and ask how I am doing.
