I was impressed with Danny's detailed quote and inspection of the roof which uncovered other issues. In the attic it was noted that increased ventilation required opening vents and an insulated pipe for exhaust was needed. Before the roof could be replaced due to the inclement weather, some tiles had further damage. The company immediately came and repaired the area to prevent water damage until roof replacement could take place. During the 2 days it took to replace, the team cleaned up taking away garbage and ensuring there were no nails around. The service team were professional and worked hard to get the job done despite the unseasonable weather.

Anthony quickly reviewed the air conditioning maintenance needed as servicing had not been done in a long time. He clearly and patiently explained the issues that additional cleaning required another visit. The company was able to reschedule a time quickly. Knowledgeable and professional, Anthony described and showed the parts needing the work, giving updates and time estimates. Highly recommending.

Jeremy Harris did several tests to identify the leakage - using a camera, snaking the drain and running water from various sources, he was able to reduce the water leakage significantly without major work in the short term. Although a complete replacement of the drains will have to be done eventually, I will be able to choose that time (rather than being forced to do it immediately from other contractors I had contacted). Jeremy gave me a few options and his recommendations for the long term. He was very professional, good clear explanations and drew pictures of the drain - great customer service! I would highly recommend Jeremy and the Drainworks company!
