They did a good job overall but I had an issue with the neighbour regarding the location of the unit on the wall. It was originally placed near the ground level which would have made for easy maintenance access, however the neighbour complained and they relocated it higher on the wall and towards the back of the property. The guys did a good job and were very friendly even in the face of an unfriendly neighbour. During the testing of the unit, there was an issue with the outlet hose which caused water to back up and spill inside the house but they resolved it quickly. The unit has worked well since.
