One of the burner valves stuck with the gas on. I called two numbers recommended to me by the retailer who sold me the range 2+ years ago. Then I remembered Joe who had previously fixed an appliance for me a few years ago. He answered immediately, went and found the needed part in Scarborough and came to fix it within a matter of hours. Super service and reasonably priced.

Yevgeny came as promised, measured the job, and provided a reasonable quote. He delivered and installed the railing as promised and it looks great. Definitely recommend his company and will use him again when needed.

Unpleasant experience. Brandon, the technician arrived over one hour after the service window and told me the office should have called me. I let him in as he said it would be quick. I advised him I had an appointment that required me to leave very soon. There was not time for him to finish the pre-inspection. He charged me for the complete job. When I called the office to arrange for him to return to finish the job I was told that I would have to pay the same again.

Tony and his crew were very professional and efficient. My job was done on time and at a reasonable price. I will use them again and recommend their work to others.
