We had inside and outside faucets leaking. Professional and quick replacement by Drain King. Price seemed a little high but that may say more about my perception of prices than the service. Convenience was great. Problem solved!

I had a section of roof aging more quickly and needing to be replaced. Jimmy quoted me as an "add-on" to my neighbor's full-roof job. The team worked quickly and installed an extra roof vent for me at the same time.

The guys came out in the summer to refresh my 40+ yr. old home's (aluminum) endpoints and replace the panel. Coordination was respectful and professional and the team coordinated with my utility to shut down the house for a full day's work. I came back to a completed refit of receptacles and fixtures to make sure the place was safe. The previous box was too small and had safety issues as well. The team worked quickly and was very accommodating. When I identified a few "hidden" spots, there was no hint of resistance...they fixed them too. I was very pleased to see them clean up after themselves and replace moved furniture too. This is the best experience I have ever had with a professional contractor, bar none. Gary was friendly and flexible, letting me do the part of the job I felt I could do. (I didn't have a clue but he was pretty gracious and didn't mock my incompetence...thanks, Gary!). He showed up when he said he would, did what he promised, and communicated clearly. Gary is the guy you think doesn't exist any more...knowledgeable, professional, friendly...and with integrity. I introduced him to my neighbor and he gave them practical advice in their best interest despite being less rewarding for him. In the end, I paid him more than he charged and was happy to do it. If you're lucky enough to get him, do it.

I resisted a "10" but this is legit. Hector was there one time, friendly, and knew his stuff cold. His price was fair and the result was just what we wanted.
