Bought from Sears. Repair service contracted out to independent venetian blind service. Parts took forever from Toronto. Difficult to communicate with scheduling of service visit. Took 1 month to come to apartment. Misdiagnosed problem. Blinds then taken to shop for repair and then returned in 1 week. Seras customer service rep worked part time - frequently only got voice mail.
