I live in Stouffville and had the heating coil in my Hi-Velocity furnace rupture twice within a 2-year period which resulted in water damage to my property, time, and money; not to mention this happened to several of my neighbors in 7-year-old sub-division. I came across LG Home Comforts website and thought that Id give them a try instead of going back to the previous HVAC company Id worked with in the past (best decision I made). From the onset, Alijah provided me with efficient and exceptional customer service (day/night by phone and text). Alijah was able provide several options outlining the pros and cons of replacing the heating coil again versus swapping out my Hi-Velocity furnace to a gas furnace. Following that, I spoke with Raj (owner) who coordinated for HVAC Service Technicians who checked everything from my furnace to the ductwork to the AC, to the main electrical box and provided solutions. After careful considering, I decided to replace my Hi-Velocity furnace with a gas furnace. Raj walked me through the various models to ensure it would meet my homes square footage and budget requirements. In addition, Raj was able to have HVAC Technicians the very next day to install my Bryant furnace. The Service Technicians were friendly, clean, and explained the installation to me. Im completed satisfied with the level of service and care I received. With that said, if your Furnace and or Air-conditioning ever becomes a problem or youre looking to replace it, I would highly recommend LG Home Comfort; they will help you during what can be a very stressful time for any home-owner.
