Chalk it up to an honest mistake. I was initially really happy with Uber Roofing, just that last loose end that left me sour. I still think they're good people who have hopefully figured out a better method for handling their To-Do list more effectively. A year later, the fact that he showed up, cash in hand, and an apology says a lot and was greatly appreciated. ********************** END EDIT ********************** Professional and personable at first, but towards the end, difficult to contact and left me frustrated. They got my trust and I believed them when they said the cheques in the mail regarding returned product. I phoned multiple times and I'm still waiting for the cheque like a sucker. It's been a year and they still owe me money. Avoid them.
