In my experience, heating and cooling is an area where it's very important to select someone you can trust as it's very easy for a small repair to become a large repair. This is the 2nd time that Max has come to my rescue and both times he responded quickly, acted professionally and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. He's definitely my "go to" guy for any HVAC related issues. I highly recommend him!

We had a very positive experience hiring Lee to renovate our kitchen. His communication is excellent, his team is friendly and experienced and, most importantly, they do really good work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee or hire him again. P.S. The installation company that Ikea uses for quartz countertops was also excellent!

Max responded right away to my message via Homestars. I arranged for him to come over the next day to check out my a/c unit which I felt might be under performing. Max did a thorough inspection/cleaning and discovered it was a bit low on coolant. He quickly resolved the problem and the unit definitely seems to be blowing colder now.

Stonehouse was hired for spring cleaning. Andrew was easy to get in touch with and an excellent communicator. He answered my questions in a timely manner and he and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of spring cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for this type of work. My only minor disappointment was that he didn't recommend any improvements to the garden area as a few plants are in bad shape after our harsh winter, etc. However, I assume this isn't a service they offer so I will need to find a plant expert.
